Delivered by highly qualified staff, the service is age specific and confidential. Working with children and young people in a one-to-one or small group setting, T4U can offer early, timely and effective interventions when needed. Adhering to all Child Protection legislation and fully CRB checked, the T4U Support Workers work primarily within schools across Norfolk, offering individual support programmes designed around client needs. Time For You is not a time-limited service and the young person will be supported for as long as is deemed necessary by all involved. While the focus of the work is to nurture and support the young person, the positive ripple effects of this often help the wider family unit and the school. Time For You helps children who most need it. By strengthening and developing the emotional and social well being of a young person, they are better placed to achieve the five outcomes within the Every Child Matters framework.
