The ride starts at Norwich's Baltic House and moves to Kiln House in Pottergate then onto Job Centres and Benjamin Foundation services in Great Yarmouth, North Walsham and Cromer in day one. Day two takes in Fakenham, Hunstanton and King's Lynn, followed by Downham Market, Dereham and Thetford on day three. The cyclists then finish with Diss and a Family Fun Day at Swardeston Rugby Ground on Saturday 10th July.
