We currently provide four supported accommodation and ‘move on’ centres across the county, specifically for 16-25 year olds, working in partnership with district councils, borough councils and housing associations. As well as benefitting from a secure and stable environment, residents each have a Support Worker who helps them work through any particular issues they may have and start planning for an independent and fulfilled future.   

We also run a Resettlement Scheme providing crisis intervention to rough sleepers, homeless families and care leavers. We act as advocates with an extensive network of links within private, statutory and voluntary sectors. Included in this work are two drop-in/support centres for the homeless and the socially isolated.
