Time For You
- formerly Rural Advice Project - is a project that provides advice, information, guidance, and counselling
that is FREE, non judgmental and confidential

The service is appropriate for the age of the client and delivered by staff who are qualified and experienced with that age group.

Families and friends can’t always give
you the help that you need. They don’t have all the answers,
and sometimes things just get out of control or we hit a brick wall
and can’t see past it.
We
have the information and advice. So, whatever the problem or question
we can help. And if it’s something a bit more serious we have
specialist contacts to help you.
If
you have transport problems or health problems, which make travelling
difficult, we can visit a location suited to your needs.
