Meet Up
Our ‘Meet Up’ cafe, situated in the former Redcastle Furze Community Centre, is at the heart of the Thetford Inspiring Communities project, acting as a hub and providing a safe place for young people to meet. Open to children, young people and their families, it’s been designed particularly with 11 to 14 year olds in mind.
As well as freshly made drinks and snacks, the Cafe offers a range of activities from dance and drama to new media skills and ‘old fashioned’ pool!
The Inspiring Communities project is designed to encourage young people in the town to explore new opportunities and achieve their full potential. People can also access training opportunities or get involved in the community gardening project.
