One of the things I promised to do at the Away Day was to keep you all fully informed of the outcome of that day. Hopefully you’ve all had the chance to read both the notes from the day’s workshop and then my summary notes, which tried to gather the diverse thoughts together into some themes. As I also said on the day, I was determined to ensure the Away Day did not finish when the last person went home but rather was the start of a much longer journey. Well that is certainly proving to be true.
